To keep costs down and to deliver the best outcome for the fish we typically provide a ship same day service via airport to airport, with qantas live animal freight.
I'm not a massive fan of couriers as they tend not to treat these items with the level of care required for an ideal outcome (and if the miss the delivery holding items overnight is just a recipe for disaster).

We are highly experienced in air freighting live fish and plants. All live fish are bagged in quality fish bags with Medical-grade oxygen and Stress-coat conditioned water. They are then packed carefully in insulated, damage-resistant foam boxes. We use special heat packs during Winter months to ensure the fish have a consistent temperature and are comfortable.
Livestock Shipping for all States except Western Australia, Northern Territory, South Australia and Tasmania
Livestock is delivered straight to your door, for all states except W.A, NT, SA and Tasmania.
Delivery attracts a flat fee of $60 per 20kg box, even if one or ten fish are ordered. As an indication, a maximum of 12 x 10-11cm or 6 x 14-15cm Discus can be shipped in this box. Shipping will be automatically calculated according to weight and size of livestock.
For Livestock deliveries in all states except WA,NT and Tasmania, livestock orders must be placed by 5pm Monday (EDT) so that they can be shipped the next day (Tuesday). If your order is placed after 5pm Monday, your order will be sent on Tuesday, the next week.
We use an Overnight Air Express service for livestock and delivery to your door will take up to 48 hours for all major metropolitan areas (except Perth & Hobart). Major metropolitan areas include: Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne and Sydney. We also ship to most addresses within all states (except WA and Tasmania). Please contact us to confirm this.

WESTERN AUSTRALIA AND TASMANIA PERMITS ARE REQUIRED
All Livestock deliveries to Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania are delivered to your closest major Domestic or International Airport. This shipping procedure is used due to Australian Quarantine regulations in these states.
Live Fish deliveries to Western Australia and Tasmania require Quarantine permits. Please contact us if you plan to purchase live fish from us and we will supply and assist you with filling out the required form. On receiving your payment we will advise the airport in which you will have to pick up your delivery.

As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. We will also send you an email advising that our carrier was unable to deliver your order. Due to our stringent health and safety of our livestock, we are unable to accept any returns for fish, plants and other livestock. Therefore, please make your selection carefully.
Cancellation of Orders
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of the order being placed. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Warranty Claims
We do not cover freight expenses on warranty claims. You will bear the risk of loss or damage to the goods.
We will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage arising from the supply of or failure to supply service ( including deterioration, mis-delivery or failure to deliver goods), for any reason whatsoever including breach of contract and negligence.
We and any agents and subcontractors used by us have the benefit of these exclusions and limitations of liability even if any loss or damage arises for any reason whatsoever. Whilst our couriers will make every endeavor to deliver your parcel, there may be instances where a collection card will be left. Should this occur, the onus will be on the customer to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept redelivery charges.
We always require an extra person to assist the courier on delivery of any fish tank over 20Kg

We therefore offer a 100% Live Delivery Guarantee on all our fish, plants and other aquatic life. If an item in your order arrives dead, or is missing, you are able to make a Claim. To do this, you are required take 2 clear photos of the item(s) in the original shipping bag as soon as you receive it*.
For all Death on Arrival Claims, please send an email which lists your name, order description, item name of the dead item(s) and attach the photos of the dead item(s).
On receipt of this email, we will then arrange for a refund or item replacement for you** (whichever you prefer) within 3 Business Days.
*Claims MUST be accompanied with accurate photos of each fish in the original bags and a shot of all dead fish together out of the bags. (If applicable)
** Freight/Postage costs are non-refundable and cannot be claimed.

The present modern discus have been line bred, crossed between the different strains or even hybrids of discus which can very well be different species Its incredibly important to know what you are buying, our reputation depends on selling you what we say we are selling you. Therefore when you buy an F0 wild caught discus from us you know its come from the amazon, not a breeders tank. Our Grading system is as follows F0 are caught from their native locations, F1 are the offspring from F0 (both parents wild caught). F2 are Captivity bred offshoots and Hybrid varieties We also ensure that all wild caught fish are placed in quarantine for a minimum 3 to 4 weeks period and and additional 4 weeks holding in our tanks to provide healthy fish with high quality.
